THE CAMP

In order for a group of people to reserve a Camp, they must first designate a Camp Master who must submit the Camp Master Application. This should be done as early as possible so that the individual campers can pre-register and specify their Camp!
Only one person needs to be signed up as a Camp Master, so please coordinate this to avoid duplication!
No camps will be assigned after August 31 !

This is the Camp Master’s request for a Camp with Reserved Land Allocation.

If there is not at least seven (7) paid adult pre-registrations or the fees are not paid by August 31, 2017 you will not have any land reserved and therefore no Camp!

The Reserved Land Allocation for the group would include 250 sq. ft. per adult and 125 sq. ft. for per Youth ages 11-17

ANY Camp may purchase extra square footage.

Once the number of people that have signed up as part of a group exceeds ten (10), the group is awarded an an extra 250 sq.ft. to be shared by the entire group.

Royal Camps and Geographic Branch camps (Baronies and Shires) of 15 or more paid adult pre-registrations will receive 1000 sq.ft. of additional land for their communal requirements.

Pre-Registered Campers numbering fewer than 7 adults are assigned to Open Camping.

Campers are not required to be with a Reserved Camp Land Allocation.
